We visited the store today n had a pretty cool customer service. Vaishali R went one step ahead in serving us better. Since it is the auspicious aadi month, we also received gift items according to our purchase value.
I would give a 5 star to their dealing and support staff. very good shop with trustworthy staff, they deal with trust towards the customer and are very patient and responsive to the needs of the customer. Only downside I felt was some of their gold and silver items had big holograms of GRT imprinted on them which looked like an advertisement on the jewellery sold.
I really want to write this review to appreciate the customer service from Miss Viji in the pantry section. She Had real patience especially in serving refreshments.
