My experience with Grofers as of today is very bitter. I had ordered for three jars of Active Oleev oil of 5 lts each and with each jar I was to receive 1lt of Active Oleev free. The total bill summed up to Rs. 2697.00. When the products were delivered I was not present at my residence. My domestic help who has been with us for ages received the products. She paid the delivery boy all of Rs. 2697.00 but got only two 5lt jars of the oil. One 5lt jar and all the 3 1lt pouches were not delivered. Later when I checked my app I was surprised to see that even the bill was altered there. It read the final paid amount as Rs. 1798.00. The customer care is also closed for today. I really do noy know what to do. I only know that I have got cheated badly. I think if the customer care can not sirt out the problem, I will have to gi to the customer forum for help.

Grofers has supplied ordinary rice by taking the price of basmati rice. After repeated phone calls and posting the photo of the faulty items, they agreed but again came with the cheaper quality. I have been cheated. There is no scope of sending mails and contacting over phone in the application.

Why don't you provide your promo offers for customers who are paying in cash? Are cash payments in India give you lower value than online payment? You also don't allow cash on delivery users to use orange cash that is already there in wallet. This is ridiculous. I don't want to go for online payment option as I am extremely worried about security of my accounts. Will you take responsibility if anything happens due to paying online?

Big basket, especially if ordered from Arambag food Mart delivers whenever they want. Plus grofers has free delivery for commodities worth 500 or more, big basket, 1000. Been using grofers for months. No complaints as of now. On time delivery, courteous delivery person. Nice packing.

I joined whatsapp group in kolkata on invitation, Tollygunge kolkata 700033. I am a longtime customer But my recent experience with Grofers is extremely sad and shocking. When we all of us are going through a very difficult time of covid -19 lockdown, my orange cash expired on 8th of April when there was no opportunity of using the cash as fresh orders not being taken/items /delivery slots not available. Further minimum order value hiked to 1200/- from earlier 500/- for free delivery. Even the club membership fees are hiked. I would like to ask the Grofers management whether this is the opportune time during national lockdown to earn more profit by utilising the citizens' dependency on online groceries. IT IS REALLY SAD and UNFORTUNATE. PARTHA BOSE

Worst service. It was supposed to deliver 12 July 2018 6AM to 9 AM. Not yet received at 10:15AM. Whereas they sent an email I am going to get that at 12th July 3:30AM... Third class service... Big basket much much better than Grofers

Worst service. I have ordered from grofers 2times and got delivered but third time they told me that they dont deliver in my area. Utter nonsense and unprofessional people managing it.
