Totally loved my experience here. This place is really cute and beautifully made. If you are in and around caranzalem do drop by and try their amazing food especially grilled chicken. I loved their grilled chicken and roti rolls. They were amazing. Must try Their other food items were also really good. My overall experience as a food blogger was really good.

Miramar, Caranzalem, and Dona Paula residents seem to have kept Grillz Panjim a secret between them! This fairly new husband-wife-run restaurant in a quiet lane in Miramar has been slowly but surely making waves for their special grilled chicken and rightfully so. Moist, tender, with concentrated flavour that clings to the skin, it's deceptively simple and absolutely delicious. But no one goes to a restaurant to order just one dish , so of course, I tried a bunch more. From among everything I sampled, their chicken lollipops, honey-glazed chicken wings, and the brownie with ice cream were stand-outs. Grillz Panjim also does a good Butter Chicken with Lachha Paratha. For those who'd like a lighter meal, order their veg pulao, pasta, or a club sandwich from among their extensive menu. You'll also find a few Goan items like Chicken Cafreal and Ros Omelette on the menu alongside noodles, rolls, and soups. This comfortable a/c restaurant can only accommodate a handful of diners, so with all the attention it's been getting, I hope I get a table the next time I visit

Passion triumphs obstacles. Hello! Everyone this time I am back with a review of small cute restaurant in Caranzalem, Panjim which was open with a mindset of Cloud Kitchen but ended up making comfortable seating capacity upto 12 - 15 guests. This venture is a brainchild of beautiful couple @aps0407 & @anshuman_26 and here comes the twist, both of them are not from hospitality background. Aparna hails from service oriented background whereas Anshuman represents Automobiles industry. Both of them after spending more than two decades in their respective industries decided to pursue their passion towards serving delicious food. I would say it was more of Aparna's dream rather Anshuman taking all credit, no wonder he must be smiling now while reading this. I was fairly impressed with Anshuman ideology of we don't serve anything that we personally don't like. That's the only reason after 'Nth' no. of trials this restaurant is still looking for its perfect Butter Chicken dish. Both these beautiful soul are taking one day at a time for their venture which makes sense and giving their everything to it, I was really lucky, I could interact with them for an hour or so. Coming to business part of blog : They serve you delicious North Indian cuisine with few of the Goan delicacies as well in the menu. According to Anshuman they have till date 75 percent Customer retention figures out of all the orders made which is to be honest quite remarkable considering how new Grillz is to the market but speaks volume about satisfying the need customer aptly. What all I tried - *Chicken Grillz Roll *Home Style Daal Fry *Mutton Rogan Josh *Grillz Chicken Special *Laccha Paratha *Tawa Roti Must Try - *Chicken Grillz Roll - Perfect example how a roll should be made technically. Superb taste, go for this. *Mutton Rogan Josh - The best I ate in 2021 No exaggeration, pure taste. I will go back for this. *Grillz Chicken Special - It takes around two hours for this to get ready. The tenderness and juicy flavour of all the hardwork done on chicken make you want it more but I was already full by that time They also take online orders, so why wait?

I've been ordering from GRILLZ for a while now and the quality and quantity has never disappointed. GRILLZ with their subsidiaries "Shawarma Houze" and "The Wok" serve a delicious fare. Although primarily a cloud kitchen they do have a small dine in area which is quite quaint. Do visit. You'll live it.
