The crispy chicken shawarma roll was the best roll I have had in my life. It wasn't really crispy, but the flavours were like nothing else before. If you haven't had a shawarma before, that's a great start, like me. The dining is across the road from the restaurant, but we didn't hop in. The restaurant is on the side of the road, so it can get a bit noisy, but it isn't too bad. The location is about 3 minutes from the highway, so if you are travelling, its really worth going in. Like other reviews have said, the rolls are a bit small, but its really worth 150. We didn't, but it would be best to get 2. Overall though, it was really worth it and amazing!! 5/5

Overrated shawarma spot in aleppy town. Had some shawarmas from there, average taste only. it's a take away counter, there is nothing as per the hype, they don't even have change to gave me balance. there is no parking. Customer service is satisfactory. Ambiance also not bad.

Above average taste on most shawarmas. Way below average value on all shawarmas. Usually when they charge really high rates on Shawarmas, they're really good. This was just ok-good and most annoyingly small. (Pic attached) Like at 140 Rupees, it should be at least average sized. Really annoyed at the experience. And they ask extra Rs20 for Rumali roti version of Shawarma (Aka Original v.) And even then, it's disappointingly small. (So that's 140+20 = 160 for a tiny Shawarma.) I mean, go try it out to check out the taste. It's definitely above average. And maybe you might even have a different experience. It's a small shop and there's only take-out. Parking might be quite challenging as it is a busy area.

Ever thought of having the best shawarma in Kerala? This is the place to go for sure. Service with a smile has set a completely new standard here. I was delighted to see the willingness to serve tasty good food to people waiting in line. Grills are also a worthy mention along with the best shawarma ever. I should emphasize again that the taste has been constant ever since the beginning of this place. Traveling all the way from Kochi to Alleppey is worth every bite. Note: It is always better to order in advance here as it gets crowded in the evenings. There is no better joy than getting the food that fills our hearts served ready as we arrive at the restaurant.

Tried their Special Beef Shawarma, it's yummy Must try. Shawarma is rapped in Romali Roti. Beef filling is good as you will get nice amount of meat in every bite. Will try other dishes in the menu. Quality packing

I ve been reading through the reviews by customers nd here I'm sharing my honest review. This place is near alappuzha general Hospital. While I had posting in the hospital, I had 2 weeks of straight casuality duties. And midnight meal is a must. So at 11pm everyday for straight 2 weeks I ordered their shawarma. Postive: Tasty Hygeinic Quality No stomach upset Good packing Door step delivery. I never had any stomach upset with 2 weeks of eating shawarma. Negative: Quantity is average No parking facility No dine it If you order online, it's pretty expensive. I think their beef shawarmas and especially their cruncy shawarmas are a must try.

Beef shawarma was lit but the Arabian one was dry and hard with kubboos . Not much customer centric experience here. Worth a shot that's it

It's good shawarma spot in Alappuzha You will get different Verity of shawarma here . And the the shop have only take away options And no dine in at all. May you feel its pricy but its oke for shawarma lovers. Grill and chill is an another famous franchise from other part of kerala. And also they serve burgers sandwiches french fries drinks like mojito etc..
