GRILL LAB - Hamburger restaurant in Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

One of the best burgers in town. Definitely try there beef burgers. They have good choices of beverages, we ordered thirst quencher and lime juice both we're really good. The service is ok and very small space hardly for a 15 to 20 people maximum. The only negative is parking facilities very limited space for car parking but definitely have space for two wheelers.

This place is an absolute burger haven and my all-time favourite. Their burgers are a culinary delight, with perfectly grilled patties, fresh ingredients, and a range of mouthwatering toppings. Every visit leaves me craving for more, and I can't wait to go back. It's undoubtedly the best place for burgers, and I'll be a regular customer here for sure.

After my interview nearby, I was looking for a place that I can relax and eat a nice bite of lunch. I came across this place and stepped in. The restaurant is quite small and has a few tables making it quaint. There are no waiters and you can scan the menu as well as order on the same page. I got cheesy garlic bread which was quite yummy and a cheese burger, that was filling. I washed it all down with a refreshing lime juice. The place is nice and affordable. I loved the taste of their food and the ambience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience! The food, especially the Beast Wrap, was delicious. Cool music added a great vibe. Definitely coming back for more!

A cozy place to enjoy yummy burgers. My fav is the messy burger (burgaphy). Unlike some of the other burger joints we have been to, this place was quite a pleasant experience. Neat and contemporary decor and just the right size to accommodate people who prefer to dine in. **P.S : These burgers are best enjoyed as dine-in instead of a takeout.

Visited on July 2023. The cafe is small with a seating capacity of some 15 people. But the interior is very nice and have positive vibes. The decors really make the place beautiful. Here are the dishes we tried; 1. Lime soda - this was disappointing as there is not much flavour of lime and totally felt like drinking sweet soda water. 2. French Fries - good quantity for 130rs 3. Burgraphy Burger - 420rs... The quality is worth mentioning and highly recommended. It can be finished by two people. 4. Thick hot chocolate - I have tried hot choc frm 3 or 4 places in Ernakulam and all of them seems to be using some powdered choc powder. But here, they are serving melted chocolate and is the best I have tasted till now..Too sweet in taste.

The Derelicts Burger from The Grill Lab can be rightfully described as a juicy mess. The meat fillings were succulent with the occasional kick from the jalapenos, portion size was as expected, bun was not dry, and overall was great. It was on the saltier side but not overly so. Deliveries come in an eco-friendly box with no other plastics being used . The Burgraphy remains my pick, but for the price, The Derelicts Burger is worthy enough. EDIT: Had the Beast Wrap, it was HUGE! Can be had by 2 people or by a single person with a BEAST of an appetite! Had the signature Grill Lab flavours with huge chunks of chicken strips, beef patty, fries and eggs.

The signature Mac and cheese at Grill Lab is spoiled , now just some broasted chicken crumbs with some bland tasted fries and mac and cheese , such a awful dish now , disappointing on another note, I would say we loved the peanut banana shake . update: Visiting grill lab after 2 years, solely to savor their classic mac and cheese, and now based on the owner's response here, I'm definitely planning to revisit soon. All I crave is that traditional mac and cheese paired with grilled chicken strips, with the occasional burst of herbal flavors and the kick of jalapenos." thank you for the quick response!
