Grilax Restaurant - Family restaurant in Vellarimala - Wayanad, India

On the way to 900 Kandy or while returning from there, Grilax is the only good restaurant available. They serve amazing veg and non-veg food. The menu is very impressive. One can get good Arabic food here. The food is extremely tasty and very fast service. Try to order most if the items in the first time as its difficult to get gold of waiters for repeat orders. They also serve fresh fruit juices and have ice creams. They have enough parking space. The washroom space is bit untidy, which needs attention.

Amazing ! I have no words . Everything was awesome.... The food , service, the atmosphere and all the staff were very helpful. If you want good and hygiene food you should visit this place !!

It was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. The food quality was subpar, with tasteless and poorly prepared dishes that left a lot to be desired. Even the simplest items on the menu seemed to be a challenge for the kitchen staff. Additionally, the service from the hotel authorities was equally disappointing. There was a lack of professionalism and courtesy among the staff. Requests were met with indifference, and it seemed like the staff had no interest in serving the customers. Very bad food and service. Don't waste your money and time visiting this here. NB : only good thing served was bottled mineral water

Servers are mean and taking hell lot of time to take the order. They've given this plate 45min ago and we still haven't got food. Dear management, please send our orders fast, we are hungry!!

Worst service. We have ordered food in which 3 dishes came 30 mins after and later all other dish which was ordered was canceled due to unavailability. This was informed to us 1hr later. Juice service was so terrable that the guys takes all the bill and forgets what to give to the customer. He refused to give us the shakes that we ordered and paid telling that some one took your drink I am not responsible for it. Later before we were paying the bill, the same food which was refused to served due to unavailability was given to different customer table. Worst service ever and food was not up to the mark.

Service was very poor, ordered Alfam manti and it was served without any salt. When enquired about the same to the service boy he said "we serve like this". Later we complained about the same to the owner and he denied our claims to be false
