Old building and not maintained well. The roads leading to this techpark are still bad :( #update Apr 2019. There's a possibility of new roads. #update Sep 2019. Better roads. The building is getting cleaned up and work is in progress.

It is located from perungudi industrial estate, Perungudi. It is very old building and maintenance is ok. Here is most of them bpo and few mid level software companies share the work space. The distance between bus stop to here nearly 700 to 800+ meters.

This IT park has many owners for each floor coz of it this place maintaince become very bad..If you have already worked any other IT park and joined here then definitely you won't feel like this is an IT park ... Recently they started to renewed toilets ...Inside of some companies looks cool.lift will not work after 8pm and before 8 am ...Cafeteria is good ..Food is good ..Rate is reasonable compare to other IT parks ..You will get food quality equal to the price of the food...ground floor parking ...1st floor is sealed ..2nd floor and 3rd floor has companies ..3 out of 5 companies left from 1st floor ..Don't have any idea about 2nd floor ...For freshers who are from rural area might feel it's good but city ppl won't feel it's an IT campus ...Polite and very good workers cleaners in this IT campus ...They are all lovely people but management is not good ...Over all its for start up companies who has low budget companies and not for big companies Unless big company owners consider about money ...Thank you... Ah forgot to say they have small playground in backside ...It's one plus point for relaxation...Actually over all place is not pure IT area...It's an actually industrial estate so if you are walking from bus stop to park then you will have to face lot of dusty lorries , buses, cars and you will feel more heat while driving or walking in this area unless you have an ac car ...
