The place is spacious and green with big bedrooms, nice roomy lobby and attached open kitchen. The owner is nice and helpful. It's upkeep is prim and proper. The only thing out of place is the pool which overlooks the road. Sense of privacy is missing. Except for this little issue, rest is all great. They've all modern gadgets and sanitary fittings are also top notch.
Pros: Rooms are good & affordable. Cleanliness is maintained. Room service for any technical issues is really good. It's located at peaceful place. It's good for family, friends and obviously for couples too. Cons: Sometimes, you won't get water & electricity for few hours. There's no good restaurants and shops nearby. Have to travel for some distance. **Due to the water issues for few hrs, owner waived off the rent of one day. Overall everything here is enjoyable.
Guys swimming pool is just horrible Cant use it at all, very very dirty Also there is no network of any service providers be it jio / airtel / voda idea no network at all in the rooms Just the stay is good

It's really an outstanding experience with Greenwood Meadows. Location wise it's just 7 -8 minutes by walking. The house keeping and services are also excellent
Never had this bad experience before. Complete lack of basic amenities. Frequent power cuts No power backup. Ac does not work. Ac has a static temperature you can't control it. Swimming pool is worst , not cleaned , it's floor was teared down, many of us got injured. No cleaning
Place is good. Somewhat away from beach. Service is not good. The cook will make a default, asking for more charges later, as a alternative cook. The swimming pool is not well maintained. AC was not working fine in rooms.
