Greenwood Inn - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

The hotel was not cleaned properly. Rooms were stinking. No toiletry provided. Breakfast was a roadside meal. Got dust allergy due to unclean rooms. Towels were not clean. Something was leaking on bathroom doors. The hotel phone doesn't work for any service. Staff doesn't bother you nor help you in carrying your luggage. Wifi didn't work. The water bottle provided was of sub-standard quality.A big zero for overall experience. I was disappointed by treebo Hotel. Never recommended

Being a customer from 8 yrs never felt so disappointed with new management now only money minded and not bothered about customer values. Donno what the owners are doing they should take action against the new management not well treating the regular customer .Dear treebo u only say sorry after reading the reviews don't ever take action against the hotel.

Very nice rooms , hotel is located close to all tourist spots, staff were polite, but same breakfast(Idli, vada or masala dosa) every day and only 1 bottle water per 4 people per day.Overall a good experience and nice stay.

Average rooms, not very well maintained. Service is limited parking is limited to few cars. The breakfast offered is not good, better to avoid it and is arranged from some nearby hotel.

Very unpleasant and dirty hotel. Room and washroom very very dirty . Torn bedspread. Quilt was worn out and mattress springs were pricking while sleeping

I would not recommend your stay here as the cons are higher than pros. Majority of the Mysore's attraction are in close proximity to the hotel which is a good thing. We've booked a room for a night & it was 1.3k and trust you can get a better room in the same price range. The rooms are kinda old style, beddings are not that neat and clean, the lights in the room are just dim which is not enough, intercom was not working during our stay. One of the staff had brought us the breakfast to the room in open plates & one guy was holding around 6 plates. They are providing refilled toiletries in dispensers not the new ones. Parking space is good & there is no inhouse restaurent. Hope the feedback will be taken in a positive manner by management staff.

Booked online thru Treebo. They booked us at two of their properties for the same days. Lesson learnt. Never book online. Was told hotel was opposite a Church but it was opposite a Mosque. There is no inhouse dinning. Their restaurant closed down. Rooms were clean but their baths require a much needed make over

Treebo Brand is very good but this property I had a worst experience. Light has gone in night . A/C is not working properly. Thanks to Treebo...when I complained to them they refunded my Rs 700 .
