Greenview Inn - Resort hotel in Alappuzha - Alappuzha, India

I think it used to be a great hostel, but as of November 11, 2022, it is out of business. However, it is still listed on various reservation sites. I made a reservation and headed there, but was not able to stay the night and was saddened by the night. If you read this, please be careful. I am leaving this here so that no one else has to go through what I did.

Great place! Spotless clean, very new and modern. Good AC, good Wifi, hot water all day. Good advice and help from the manager for exploring Allepey! In walking distance of the pier where all backwater trips start as well as the centre, but still very quiet with great views! Highly recommended!

Mr Ajnas together with his colleagues Mr Sanu and Mr Sadananthan assure you feel welcome and at home. Customer Service is not only a word for them. This team makes sure you have everything what you need or want. Ajnas organized for us hot food and drinks late at night as well checked prizes for train and bus tickets as well accommodations for our next destination. He called the Train Station and various Tour Operators for the best possible way to Kumily, entrance town to the Periyar Tiger National Park. The best way to do a backwater tour is to do it with Mr Sadananthan, a true gentleman by heart. He brings you to his home for breakfast and lunch and in his canoe to some hidden places where you can see some real cool places during this tour. On a 3h tour you will paddle to small sidearm of the waterways in Alappuzha. This place and especially the people are a gem. The Inn is situated close to the place where you can catch a ferry to other places. Rooms are bright and clean. Check out the 1st floor balcony filled with sand. Beach Feeling guaranteed! 5 star with Love

Green view - The name itself is explaining. What we can see there. I had a one night stay there. I had reached there in the evening. The sunset was so amazing with the green and all. Then there we have some hammocks and all to enjoy the evening. Then came the chirping sounds of crockets. That take me to another level. Actually felt a peaceful night with some music and art. I'll definitely suggest this

It is a very good place and the hotel owner was very polite and thoughtful, they treat their guests like their own family, and the food was also very good...

Overall it was a wonderful experience.Especially Mr.and Mrs. Ansil was very co-operative, helpful and caring as their family guest...Perfectly a home away from home.

Nice view indeed, rooms are okay but nothing more. Our ven did not function properly [picture 2]. We decided to book a trip on cano by Greenview Inn. The trip was [again] nice but not great. We had to wait a lot and took the ferry twice instead of cano.

Awesome experience, Good food authentic Kerala style food. Harish is really helpful and best in guiding your trip . overall best experience. For sure if I visit Alleppey will prefer this place.
