They are frauds when the customer reach the hotel they are demanding the more money instead of room price and they don't have care anyone they frankilly speaking if you want to stay so you have to gave extra amount instead of charges I'll suggest anyone don't book your room in this hotel

Rooms are having seapage wall, beds are supported by bricks, no. TV and bed are of spring roll, you can't even sit relax over it. I think OYO should audit their Empanelled rooms. Else they will loose huge client base.

No TV, broken mirror, broken and hanging bed, dirty bed sheet and blanket cover and pillow cover, no towel provided eben after asking so many times, rude staff. They denied the check in first bcoz room was booked at lower price according to them so i took oyo customer care help but they didn't provide any assistance,somehow booking was cancelled and i booked that hotel again at double price bcoz i was at the location. I prefer giving rating in minus...

When I reached the hotel there was no room available at that point of time. Then the hotel person gave me some other suit which was good. But then they shifted me to another room as soon as someone check out from that room, but there was no TV there when I pointed out this the again shifted me to the previous suit, and told that they will change my room at any point of time if that suite is booked by someone, though this never happened. Also WiFi wasn't working. No water was provided. No Breakfast was provided.

very bad experience with oyo green view inn. service is also very bad, i had the worst experience ever. room is totally dirty. i was given a used bed without changed sheets, covered with stain, dirt and body hair. on complaint nothing was done. have not maintain. covid protocol. i paid in full and lost all my money and very rude behavior staff

I boooked the room. Called the manager in monring at 10 AM, went to the place at 12 PM. And he gave my room ro someone else offline. Pathetic experience. Never gonna use this service again. I prefer Townhouse over such properties.

worst service, room was very bad, dirty, broken, no tvnot recommended for family, or official person, this hotel is only for couples, who came for one reason only, for 2-3 hrs.please don't book.you will not get food here only online order.i will give a 0 rating for this hotel. they give worst service, uncleaned room, unprofessional staff

If they would have kept everything clean then it would have been amazing stay because the location is good and clean. But it was very dirty. We had to leave the room. The staff wasn't even agreeing that the room was dirty. The blacket had all sorts of stains. Don't look behind any table. It was like fungus is growing. Stains on walls, tv everywhere. Definitely would have given 5 star if cleanliness was not the issue and staff if staff was more considerate. But trust me and I am not exaggerating.
