GREENSTONE RESORT Hampi - Resort hotel in Hampi, Hanumanahalli - Koppal, India

The property is a stone throw away from Anjanadri temple. Nicely set up in the midst of nature. The property manager is hospitable and the staff courteous. The rooms were neat and clean. There's a restaurant serving food all day. Parking for vehicles is free. We had a good experience.

It's a beautiful place in the middle of nature. The guys gave us good advices to spend our days in the best way possible. I recommend to rent a scooter and explore this side of the river because it's really worth it.

It is located opposite the Anjanadri hills. Location is best. They have their own kitchen. Rooms are specious and clean. The lawn area is super awesome. The food quality is very nice. Serving time is minimum. All the staff are very humble. Charges are pocket friendly. Value for the money. Attaching some photos of the property. Must consider staying here.

khuupc bhNgaar hoNttel THE WORST resort in Hampi to stay. Very much expensive comparing to hotel services. Rooms are not clean at all. No TV. No cleanliness. No hot water. Even you will get hot water by bucket after 7:30 AM till the time you need to wait. The worst part of my stay was food restaurant. Prices are too much high, even 3 star hotel menu rates are lower than their prices. Rude behaviour of staff towards the customers. They are behaving like 'raahaayce asel tr rhaa naahiitr jaa nighuun' A lot of mess. Only nearby tourist place is Anjanedri Hill but resort is very far away from main tourist places of Hampi almost 25km if you are going by your car. Not recommended by me. Not suitable for family. Worst resort in Hampi.

Rooms were overpriced and were full of rats. Couldn't sleep even a little. I kept the lights on all night chasing rats out of my bed. The quality of the room and mattress were nowhere near the price I paid for it. The food was excellent and all other services were great.

I never been greeted with terrible service for checking in and out of a hotel in all of India. I show up at 3 PM to check-in, the recepetionist and all the workers watched me take 4 trips to bring all the luggage into my room and did not offer to help. Very strange. We also only had one towel and no garbage can in the room. When I asked for another towel for my wife and a garbage can, i got a thumbs up and then they want back on their phones. If you are a westerner, do not stay here. they do not like us and you will not be greeted with a smile. If you want to wake up with bug bites, this is the place for you. Food is more expensive than others in the area. Good wifi!

The waiter/ concierge Babu is a very welcoming and friendly individual. He is very open, talkative and informative. We shared alot of culture, music and took care of everything we asked of him. His motto is easy peasy, and the stay was exactly that... Easy peasy. When we arrived early in the morning (5am) he let us check in early no extra charge. Aswell as the food being first class and the restaurant being a great place to relax this is the perfect stay in the Hampi area to relax.

Service: The service at the Green Stone Hotel was consistently subpar throughout my stay. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to guests' needs. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and it was challenging to find someone readily available at the front desk. The lack of attentiveness and genuine care for guests' concerns was deeply disappointing. Food Quality: One of the most significant letdowns during my stay was the consistently low quality of the food. The menu boasted a variety of options, but the actual execution was far from satisfactory. The meals were bland, lacking in flavor, and poorly presented. Additionally, the ingredients used seemed of subpar quality, which was reflected in the taste and overall dining experience. It was clear that the kitchen lacked attention to detail and culinary expertise. Cleanliness: Another concern I had during my stay was the lack of cleanliness in various areas of the hotel. The rooms were not adequately cleaned, with visible dust and stains in several places. The dining area also appeared unkempt and neglected, with dirty tables and utensils. It was clear that the housekeeping and maintenance staff did not pay attention to the cleanliness standards expected of a reputable hotel. Conclusion: In conclusion, my experience at the Green Stone Hotel was highly disappointing due to the poor service and very bad quality of food. The lack of attentive staff, coupled with the subpar culinary offerings, made for an unpleasant stay. I expected much more from a hotel of this caliber and regretfully cannot recommend it to fellow travelers.
