One stop solution for students PG in Karolbagh. Govind Jee is very polite and generous person with kind heart. Better than others PG in nearby proximity with better food and other home services. I had spent almost 15 months without any if and but. Must visit once if you are looking for a homelike stay place in Karolbagh.
No one should visit to this green guest house as they do not offer a great service experience to their visitors and they also miss treat every visitor
If you want a room under low budget , this is the place for you
The guest house is at prime location but rooms are not very clean... Very costly.. Mostly students stay here. Whole surrounding along with the guest house/ PG will be closed and you won't find any shops open after 2230 hours.
I stayed here along with my family during October 1983. It was very nice place to stay in. Rooms were small, but clean and ok. Services, staff behaviour etc were remarkably good. No idea about the present situation.
Worst place I ever lived in.. the manager is the worst at managing and talking to customers.. his behaviour will make anyone angry.. Once I was getting electric shocks from the bathroom's tap, so I asked the manager to fix it. His solution was to wear chappals and go to the bathroom.. no electrician was called.. 24/7 delayed assistance.. my friend's fan was fixed after almost one month.. my AC after 1 week.. The worst of all, one of my friend reviewed negatively about this place so he was asked to leave immediately..
Didnt stayed here...went for room Enquiry...rooms were okay..Depends on price slot as 880rs room starts which was passable and if you go for 1400rs room it was good.little smelly though...located on main road...nice location...we didnt took as we visited around 10pm and manger was drunk..So If u are couples then its nt fr u
Not cleanness, bedshit and towel are reuse, I mean not change, some electric points not on, ac's filter not clean. In short place is good but servant staff is very elasi.
