This is a great property situated about 8 KM's from Ooty Bus Stand, in to the peaceful Tea Gardens. You open the door of your balcony and you have Tea Garden right in front of you. They have 6 rooms in in 2 cottages (3 rooms each). The best part is its location you will find yourself right in the Tea Garden, one step out of the property and you are inside the tea garden. Property can accommodate 2-3 cars inside premises, if more or if you have any bigger vehicle that will need to be parked outside the property. Overall if you are in search of a calm stay, this is the place for you.

I must say the staff has been very friendly, they are helpful and it's more like homestay kind. Non vegetarian people would enjoy the food, location really stands out. Plan it if you have personal vehicle only, it's deep inside a remote village, approach is good

Excellent place... Wonderful part is the location of this property. This is located almost 8km from Ooty and I was hesitant to book due to this reason. But it is easily reachable and away from all the crowds. Silent and peaceful place. This property is next to a tea garden and next your balcony you will find a very beautiful tea garden view. The view itself you feel pleasant. They have cycles available you have a ride in that tea garden roads. There is no much traffic or no much vehicles in that roads so it is safe. This property has only few rooms may be less than 10 so the staff is always there to help you and address your quires. You will find a tasty food and good service. I have been over charged by the third party booking sites due to last min booking and I was bit disappointment before reaching this place. But after the nice experience I still feel it was worth of staying for that amount. You have sufficient car parking inside the property. Overall enjoyed the trip and feeling to revisit this place from the nice experience.

Situated in a beautiful location amidst tea plantations , this place will keep you peaceful and happy during your stay. The rooms are extremely good , heaters are provided (on cost) . The campfire is arranged on cost too and it's worth it . The only improvement required is with the food . Taste requires lot of attention and improvement. full time chef availability will make this place even more fun and enjoyable, as we did not have a good experience with the food served for dinner. They served regular South Indian breakfast which was yum . There were cycles which u can ride and I would suggest travellers to go around 100-150mts on both sides of the resort to capture some scenic and beautiful photographs in early morning with the cold and the mist Surrounding you . Rooms and bathroom were spacious , clean and tidy. Very friendly staff, Mr. Amir was very helpful. Location : Away from City , Its Peaceful place ( Major Plus or Major Minus point as you considered ) Food : It is OK, need to mention your preferences about bud taste in advance. Overall : It is bit pricey , but if you are looking for a holiday in calm and picturesque location , then this worth every penny.

We were to stay here for two days but this place was such a stress buster that we ended us extending your stay. One of the finest location i have ever stayed at, surrounded with tea garden and forests. We saw deers as we lifted the curtain from our window itself. At night this place is lit with lights surrounding the entire property. We enjoyed bonfire and barbecue as well. Less number of occupants was also a plus point. Infact, for two days me and my wife were the only guest. You are with the nature at this place, lots of birds always to accompany you around. For two days we did nothing in Ooty, just stayed at this beautiful place, observed the nature and observed ourself. We also went for cycling around the place. Not to forget the best part of our stay was the hospitality of the caretaker Aamir and the cook who cooks some really delicious food, very very caring and a joy to be around with. I would wish them a great life and pray that we meet again soon.

Located in a peaceful and secluded area away from the bustle of ooty town, this is a perfect getaway if you want a peaceful stay. Rooms are well maintained and staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended !
