Green View Residency Hotel pleasantly surprised me with its excellent location, right in the heart of everything. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere during my stay. The staff's discipline and professionalism added to the overall positive experience. Green View Residency Hotel is in a good location. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is polite and well-behaved. It's close to a market, which is handy. But the view from outside the hotel isn't very nice. Being near the market is a huge convenience for those looking to explore and shop. However, one minor drawback is the outside view, which isn't particularly scenic. Despite this, the hotel's convenient location, great rooms, and attentive staff make it a worthwhile choice for travelers.

I am giving 4 star to service because service wasn't great previously when we arrived but later we complained about it . They really made changes in their services. Later provided really great service. Every other hotel should be like that . Improve at each level if find anything wrong at any level. Keep growing. But just be grownded.

One of the best hotel stays I have had. We stayed there for 3 nights. Our package included breakfast and dinner and the food was just too good. It was more than we would have ordered anyway. The manager and the staff insisted we eat as much as we like and feel like we were at home, which they totally meant. They were so helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean. The mountain view from rooms are amazing. The location is 10min from MG road which is totally manageable as you can hire taxi for it. If I ever go back to Gangtok, I will definitely stay there again. And you should too.

Clean and neat rooms, great service Manager was really good and polite

Rooms and food are okay, but the manager is not professional. We were three friends and we asked for three towels but the manager replied that towels haven't dried and gave only one. The fans were not working and his excuse was that you don't need fans, just sit down for some time and you won't feel hot. The food was served in disposable plates and the reason they told us that they have to buy water hence they don't use crockery, but later we saw guests were served in proper crockery.

Bad location, located in a Dirk and dingy alley. Poor service, looks and feels dirty and the person at the reception is rude. Large room that looks pretty barren with no carpeting or even a small carpet door mat available....spent 1 night with difficulty and caught a cold walking on the tiled cold floor. Food is bad too even though we only had breakfast there. I do Not recommend this place at all.
