Green View Hotel & Resort - Resort hotel in Jitusol, Jangal Khas - Jhargram, India

We had a pathetic experience staying on this resort from 30 Sep, 23 to 1 Oct. From the outside, the resort looks good. But the rooms were so dirty & bad and the room service was so poor. They gave us a room which had no window and it smelled terrible! The lights at the dressing mirror were not working, same was the condition of the TV set! It seems like being in a jail, while staying in that room! There was no hotel kit (brush, paste, soap etc.), no welcome drink, even the electric kettle was dirty! The room service was so poor that we had to go downstairs to fill drinking water by ourselves and that was too in used & dirty bottles! When we entered at the hotel, we saw used dishes and food leftovers at the common drawing area as some guests had their lunch over there, and even after 4 hours that area was not cleaned by them! It was looking such nasty! We had to check out from here on the very next day else our holiday would be ruined. In the response, I noticed that the owner had asked if we asked to change the room. Yes sir, we requested at the very same moment, but the acting manager refused and it only shows your poor service. You're saying that I'm making a story! As far I remember the room no. was 206, so anybody can check it out. Watch out your comment sir, because it only reflects your audacity and rude behaviour!

The location is good. It's almost 10km earlier from the main Jhargram town. You have to cover almost 20min to reach everywhere. But the place is calm and away from the crowd so that's the advantage of the location. The resort is good. Has plenty of space.. a restaurant is available. Staffs are nice but the issue is with the room. Which room they have given us is not a good one. The bedsheet was not properly clean, however after informing they have changed it immediately. the room had house flies all-round. Even the waste bin bag was not changed it had some stuff inside. Overall it's a decent hotel but before check-in try to check the entire room and ask them to change if there is anything require.

I'll just want to request all the tourists who are willing to stay in this resort, do not go with the 4-star rating of this resort. Just check the 1-star/2-star reviews and you'll have an idea how rude, audacious, ill-mannered these people are! They're even threatening to take legal action if you post the truth here in the reviews! They do not care to treat the tourists as guests! Your holidays will turn into nightmares if you stay here.

Pathetic experience to say the least... The price they charge is not even worth even theu give 50% discount.... First, thr Resort is in interior... Rooms are very small, untidy, unhygienic.... AC DOESN'T WORK... TV DOESN'T WORK.... the manager doesn't have any clue what is happening.... Food is worst... No swimming pool, no garden etc... The whole place is shabby and depleting.... Avoid this place at any cost... We have been cheated.

The best resort of that area. Food better than average. Very secure surroundings. Prompt personal service.

Ambience is good but if you don't give food order from the hotel they'll simply avoid you, even they don't provide house keeping service and other basic services

The charges are high even during the off season. Moreover, they have really not maintained the property. Dirty sheets, damp walls, and the distance from the main city.

I saw many negative reviews on google.. we 8 people including two children stayed there.. the resort is situated in very good location , called Jitoshol.. there was greenary everywhere. Rooms are medium category , although we stayed in a deluxe room.. cottage type rooms are good. The amazing experience which we had is the food of the resort . The quality of food is outstanding.. the service they gave is superb.. overall very good experience in green view resort.. Location is too good.
