Green Velvet resort - Hotel in Pale Pawan Ma - Pune, India

Our family visit to Green Velvet Resort was an absolute joy. The resort's clean and spacious rooms, welcoming staff, and beautiful surroundings made our stay memorable. We all loved the refreshing pool, delicious food, and the serene gardens for leisurely walks. The safety measures in place provided peace of mind. It was a wonderful family getaway, and we can't wait to return.

Beautiful location of the resort exactly covers the lake view well. Rooms are clean and has a good room service. Their food is good nothing fancy about it. Restaurant closes early in case of drinks be prepared to get your own. It is far from city so fetch your own stuff. They have small swimming pool but water is fresh and clean. Small game room to keep your kids busy downstairs. Their restaurant has a good icecream freezer and cold drinks variety. Nice garden to take strolls while watching clouds in the hill. It is good calming experience staying in the resort.

Very nice view from property. Very quiet property far from the market. Being far from market there are less options for roam around. But if you just want to sit and relax this is nice. As this is far from market, it would be hard to find the rickshaw or taxi, but hotel staff can help you get one. The swimming pool is good and clean. It is small relatively but you can enjoy the great views from swimming pool too. There is no separate child pool or and the pool is also flat 4 ft deep - so if you are going with small child for swimming pool, you might not be happy. We have only ate breakfast in hotel and the taste was good.

Location and views are great and unmatched. Service from staff is courteous. However rooms are not great. They are spacious, but not comfortable. Lots of adjoining rooms noise, uncomfortable mattress, untidy pillows, slippers provided are reuseda and aluminum sliding windows on two sides of room are felt unsafe.

Peaceful location surrounded by nature. The view from the resort is awesome.Yummy delicious food at a reasonable rate. Breakfast included. Loved our stay here. Parking available (please make sure you should request for parking spot while booking) .

We had a wonderful experience at the resort. The location is beautiful and the rooms are clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Although some of the lake view is blocked by tall trees on the other side of the resort, it's still very pretty. The food was good and the service was prompt. However, we did notice that the swimming pool could be maintained better as it had too much chlorine and was a bit unclean. Additionally, we faced an issue with hot water not being available for shower in the morning due to some mistake by their watchman.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Green Velvet Resort and would like to share my experience. Overall, the resort offers a pleasant stay with its picturesque lake and mountain views, decent complementary breakfast, and well-maintained amenities such as a TV, fridge, fan, and geyser. However, there were a couple of areas that fell short of my expectations. The highlight of Green Velvet Resort is undoubtedly the breathtaking view it offers. Waking up to the sight of the serene lake and majestic mountains was truly a treat for the eyes. It provided a tranquil ambiance and added to the overall appeal of the resort. The complementary breakfast provided by the resort was satisfying. The selection of dishes was decent, and the quality of the food was acceptable. It served as a good start to the day, ensuring guests were adequately fueled for their activities. I was pleased to find that the in-room amenities, including the TV, fridge, fan, and geyser, were all in proper working condition. It's always reassuring when essential facilities are well-maintained and functional, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. However, I do have a few areas of feedback for Green Velvet Resort. Firstly, the condition of the comforter provided was not up to par. It appeared worn-out and could definitely benefit from an upgrade. Additionally, the bed itself was not as soft as I had expected. It featured a standard wooden frame with a thin mattress on top, which was somewhat disappointing given the resort's overall image. One aspect that particularly disappointed me was the issue with water bottles. Initially, the resort only provided a limited number of small bottles of water, after which guests were required to purchase additional bottles from them at high rates. On the day of checkout, in the morning, I was informed that complementary water bottles would not be available. However, after discussing the matter with the staff, they eventually provided them. Furthermore, it was disappointing to discover that even during dinner, we had to purchase water bottles separately. Considering the price of the stay, which amounted to 6K INR per day, I found it disheartening that this additional expense was necessary. Small gestures and attentiveness towards guests' needs can make a significant difference in creating a positive and memorable experience. By addressing the concerns mentioned, such as improving the comforter and bed quality and ensuring the availability of complimentary water bottles throughout the stay, the resort has the opportunity to elevate its level of service and leave a lasting impression on its guests.
