The view is good though it wad very foggy and we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we thought we would. Interestingly, the site was once named Suicide Point which gave it a grim history.
It's literally a 15 feet long 4 feet high wall with solid jaillike iron bars because some couples had decided it was a good place to jump to their death (hence the old name suicide point).
When we visited, the weather was cool so it was very foggy and there was no view to be seen. Nonetheless, even if it was a clear day, I doubt we would have enjoyed as it felt like a jail with the iron bars.

The site is indeed charming, even though it's a relatively small area secured with grills. The presence of shops along the path adds to the overall experience, offering a variety of items and treats for visitors to enjoy.

Nothing much to view. Fully commercialized street and too much crowded. Other view points are far better than this. Better to avoid this place.
Not much to see from the valley viewpoint. Mostly covered with clouds. Similar to other viewpoints. Street shops on the way to viewpoints are good to shop local stuff
Very good view point to stay and relax for some time like 20 to 30 mins and feel the nature.

Wonderful beautiful views....you will feel like you died and came to heaven...so surreal and wonderful....the photos and videos don't do justice to this place. You have to visit it to experience the full marvel of this place.
The beauty of Kodai can be seen from the view point. Amazing place and a great driving experience. You can see the village from the top of the hills as well as the temple located there. This is part of the village tour package. If you like the review
Good walk to check out the scenic views. Once you start it might be crowded at the entrance, go directly to the middle (around 400m), for some breathtaking views.

This waterfall has its own scenic beauty. There are a number of small shops near this waterfall, where they sell noodles, snack items, bread omelette, etc.. The parking will be a challenge if visiting during the season.
The view from here of the kodaikanal lake is mesmerising. When we visited there little bit rain falling so there not many people there so we get the clear view and it's a really good place to see kodaikanal lake.

Great place to stay, was with my family for my father's birthday. Wonderful hospitality by the owners and staff. Clean large bedrooms and view from the garden is a must. Glad we booked this stay as it was very close to the town yet secluded. Must try
