Green Valley Resort - Resort hotel in Khanvel, Rudana - Dadra And Nagar Haveli, India

Great and beautiful hotel - great views - beautiful and quiet, exactly what we needed! Food - however got very bad food - very poor and slow service for Drinks -starter so be a bit careful with what you ordered eat. staff not very trained: I asked for fresh milk and they gave me milk powder without telling me, I would expect a bit more for such an expensive hotel.

The resort has amazing view, food is fabulous ,weather is beautiful, and staff's are really cooperative all over experience was really wonderful thanks to Green Valley resort khanvel ,and the staff (Room's are just amazing ) my memorable trip with good There is no better place than this...

The Stay was pleasant Rooms were quite Big enough Washroom maintenance needs to be done Flush is wrongly installed and is too tight so ladies had problem in flushing. Resturant was the Best Food taste and Quality was excellent.Location of the Resort is near Central Market that is an added advantage could get a Cake for the Occasion easily. Overall Experience was good

The rooms are well sized but not maintained. We found around 5 cockroaches in the room. On reporting to the staff there was no action taken. The washroom is very dirty and has slippery floor. The food is average in taste but expensive. Breakfast doesn't have much option and they don't serve eggs in breakfast buffet. The hotel is located on main road so is good for connectivity. The staff is not welcoming or helpful. Pool is good for family time but no one is available to monitor or provide any help.

Rooms are okay but service is not satisfactory. As you will enter in the hotel you will realise staff members are not interested in anything. They all look lethargic. It may be possible they are overburden.

When I entered into resort, it looked like a hotel only, not a resort. We had one of the premium room booked - Super Delux Room but No aminities into room when I entered. All interior is outdated. No HOT WATER in bathroom, they have written extra bed but they provide only extra mattress on floor that feels like sleeping on floor. No extra facilities apart from a carram board and swimming pool and garden. Totally stressful living at here.
