Worst salon experience i have ever had. I recently relocated to neelankarai, so went to this salon since its very close to my house. The staff were highly unprofessional. I took spa service as i wanted to relax and destress. But what happened was just the opposite. The beautician was doing it in a very harsh and haphazard manner. She kept pulling my hair so hard that my scalp was hurting even after a week of taking the service. All the while, she was nagging me to buy her beauty products. And to top it all, they spiked my bill stating a service which i did not take. We had to call the area manager to file a complaint. I am writing this review almost after a month of the incident because i can still not come to terms with the horrible experience i had at this place. Though it is very close to my house, i am never going to them again and definitely will not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Big shoutout to Mrs.Suryapriya. Excellent service. Her patience and calmness should be appreciated. She suggested many tips for hair care. i did hair smoothening and i'm attaching my before and after pics. See the results yourself. It was agreat experience taking hair services from Green trends. Surely i will recommend this place to my friends. I'm surely visiting again for hair colouring.

I visited green trends for hair oil massage for me and my daughter and the service provided by Ms Kirthika and Ms Sarita was too good , my daughter also loved it so much that she wants to visit again for the same service , Both of them were really good professionally and very courteous towards the client . Definitely ask for either one of them if you visit the ECR green trends .
