Went for hair cut waxing and threading. This is my second time visit. Very much satisfied with the service they provide and much appreciated staff Bhuvaneswari for the overwhelming service and care.
I went to this salon for eyebrow threading and left with more than I bargained for. Not only was the experience incredibly painful, but the technician was clearly not skilled or careful enough. I ended up with wounds near my eyes! This is a very sensitive area, and I trusted them to be professional and proficient. I'm shocked and appalled by the lack of care and skill. I now have to deal with the pain and embarrassment of these marks. I would strongly advise against getting threading done here. Safety and professionalism should always be a priority, and this place clearly lacks both.
