He was very gentle while shampooing my hair and unlike other experiences, I had no neck ache. I am not liking my haircut at all, I asked for a layer cut, the first layer is way too up on my crown area and is not blending with my overall hairstyle, disappointed, would not recommend it to anyone, not at all professional.

She was truly impressed with the facial massage and her techniques.but the politeness and professionalism displayed by the entire team was good.
