Staff Nivetha is so friendly and professional for Facial ,Eyebrows and Haircut. Also Staff Mary also very good and friendly which she did the great pedicure. Recently did my haircut in pallavaram green trends... Stylist Irfan done a very good job on it... he completely clear my doubt about haircut, facial and suggest what's suits for me according to my hair texture and skin conditions... Am very satisfied with has services... he is very humble and patiently handling my queries & what ever I need.... Worth for money... Keep rocking Irfan & he had a great job... Such a pathetic experience . My hair has been affected very badly . Sharing the pictures for the same . I am waiting to start legal proceedings I went there 3 months back . So called beautician suggested me a keratin spa even though I told her I have done smoothening, she said it will the hair more healthy . Facial and hair spa is of use . I went there two days back for smoothening, spa , waxing etc . The bill wasn't given , she said she is giving 1000 discount when I requested for membership . The price difference was very high which I came to know only today . My hair was smoothed hair , she charged for wavy hair . It's a medium hair but she told as long length . I clearly told her I have a function tomorrow and need ilumina facial but she asked to do oxygen facial which made my face worse . In waxing it's a good job . Pedicure and Medicare had taken crystal one but no massage was done . I paid 17k just for nothing . They are very money minded they suggest everything whichever don't suit you just for money . I have done keratin with 0 effect . No shining , nothing . I really think they didn't do keratin at all . It was some kind of cheating. They washed hair within a day , my hair became so dry . I need this to addressed. Does this hair look like a keratin treated ?

I believe that a salon should prioritize providing customers with a comfortable and enjoyable experience, along with high-quality services. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. The services were really nice.. They were patient with my kid's haircut. My haircut and facial was done well too .Mr faim was good. Overall clean and hygienic. Overall ok but i think their pricing is higher than what is worth it. I managed to get in a package which itself was a awesome
