Very disappointing and disastrous I went for hair color Only to see the color not caught it was not effective The time and effort utter waste I casually read the older reviews to see that few reviews here does comment on bad product ... This helped me decide not to go to same place and give chance to redo the same . I've lost the amount but giving them another chance with substandard or other means to coverup is not a good idea. Why would a chain like this use underrated products The mixing is done at some other room customers do not see the product used This is not good practice as salons where I've gotten color done previously never gave me this kind of experience . We see the tube brand and mixing all happening The stylist was rough in handling inspite of diagnosing there is hair dryness she would tug and pull very unruly and rough handling The staff are trained to ask for reviews and rating You get reviews by choice from customers not begging and requesting The chain has grown undoubtedly but staff has to be trained etiquette Product quality is very very bad . One needs truth in reviews especially when doing personal grooming I should read up few reviews before making a decision as the reviews can be result of coaxing
