Road to destination is a bit poor, but 4 wheelers can go. Hidden gem of ranchi. Nice spot for picnic and for swimming. Do visit.

Approach road is worst. It is near to ring road. It is good to go for a while once if you are bored enough and have lot of time to spend. It is a small abandoned crusher where there is no more work. Water is filled due to rain there and water looks green. Quiet place, people started coming here recently and have seen good number of people visiting this place.

Its a hidden jem in Ranchi. It is situated near the Balsiring Railway station beside the ring road. The scenery is very beautiful and marvelous. This pond was created through construction or Anthropogenic activities by human beings. So it man made. It is blue or greenish in colour because it has enough depth. This place is not very well connected with main road. This whole area is utilized for making chips,sands,etc. Due to heavy construction you can commonly see the use of dynamite here. Safe only in the day time. Never visit after evening. Foods, water etc nothing is available here. So it's a suggestion to you kindly take your own stuffs. Dangerous place be aware. An artificial pond very close to the ring road. Ideal picnic spot. Worth the one hour drive from the City. The road from the ring road to reach this place is very bad. It is also called as blue pond.
