Not that much neat. Wiring, pipe work all are weak. In our room, TV was not working. Geyser was not working. Vessels were washed in front of our room with nasty smell. Next time I won't choose it
Budget friendly. Very near to tourist Hotspots. The hotel manager and staffs were very friendly. Food available. Definitely recommend.
A decent place for family and friends. Their service and hospitality is what that stands out. You will get good home style food 24/7.
Very affordable price too. Poppy hills adventure park is so near to it like 150 metres walkable. Lake is about 400 metres walkable. So you can easily cover 4 tourist places without hiring a cab.

Stayed at 1k per day. Value for money. It is close to lake and walkable distance from hotels. Break fast and dinner available (Idly/ Dosa only). Queen size bed and additional kid bed is very useful. Restrooms are neat and clean. Good service. Prefer this hotel for cheap and best.
I have stayed this resort only because of easy access to main area and polited staff also cheapest price. It is budget friendly hotel not expect too much. But one day stay this is the good choice. Staff support is highly appreciated. I have stayed three times in this resort. I recommended to who wants a quite place to stay.
A very budget friendly resort to stay with friends and family. They have a very good cook expert and parking facility. Room interior looks old gives feel like old house.

Booked double bed room but when they saw us with kid they provided us with 3-Cot bed room.
Budget Hotel : For Family it recommend Nice place to stay with family.
Food : Wow it's Awesome they prepare as home style ( Limited Menu ) but the best.
Rooms : Good... 24hrs hot water
Parking : Yes
Service : Very good ( Need to thank Mr. Ganesh) ask him anything will help you without saying no...

Rooms are spacious and nearly maintained. By walk, we can reach the lake.
In this budget, they are providing breakfast complimentary also. Suhaib was very friendly and staffs were very helpful.
