We booked this hotel through OYO and when we visited the hotel, hotel person did not accepted and we did not get refund also, and the person at hotel was very rude and not speaking properly to customers , very angry and he ll say we are wasting his time. and also he said oyo itself is fake.

Its ok hotel. Booked through OYO roome but he denied as OYO is not followed the terms. As no option @2am I booked, but unfortunately check out for 11am..

Rooms are little not clean and AC not working couple friendly and safetyv100% location near to Chennai silks

dear friends never book rooms in this hotel even they promised for free....worst......

Unhygienic room what Oyo have showned the photos of hotel it's not a same room is completely stinking and washroom yuck can't use totally unhygienic and no blanket nothing By room condition feels sick

They collected extra money from me. Even I have paid at the time of booking through online, the hotel management collected extra money. I have booked 2 a/c rooms and also paid for this. But they said we have only one AC room available. So you take one AC room and take one normal room. I have reached 10.30 pm with my family. I could not say anything to them. They cheated me. They have not accepted the booking through OYO. It was very bad experience to me.

Never ever stay at this hotel. Literally never, i booked a room for 400 from Oyo app and the hotel owner said that he is not gonna give room for 400, the minimum charge is 1000. I tried explaining him for 30 mins bt he was not at all listening. He was like complain on Oyo and all. At last we had to take the room for 900. The first room which he gave was very bad. Bathroom pipes were leaking and AC was not working and then we complaint and he said that no rooms available oy non AC is there. So we decided to go back. Then he agreed to give another room. That room was good. Bt literally faced lots of difficulty. Best service ever.

don't book this hotel. i booked this hotel's room at 657 ( as oyo offer). when i reach the hotel at the midnight 3.00 ' clock am they asked Rs300 more and denied check in. they asking 300 more bcs they give room for 1000. but i paid through oyo with my oyo coins and money. even though i contact oyo customer care they did not gave me proper reply and refund. actually i booked ac room.but hotel management did not provide ac room they asked more 500 rupees for ac room. how i can understand here we gave additional money thorough oyo app? what a nonsense. when i decided to complaint consumer care this hotel mangement denied hotel bill in which they illegally paid. they don't attend my call.. what a bad experience.. they want only money not customers satisfaction.. pls dont book this hotel if you give value for your money...
