Green Park in Namma Veedu - Family restaurant in Udumalaipettai - Tiruppur, India

Its an overall good place with good quality food and clean surroundings. Food- We tried - # Biriyani, # Veg Meals, # Porotta, # Pepper Chicken, # Chettinad Chicken Omlete (They dont serve Omletes) All were good however, the chicken dishes were a bit too salty for us. Might be because we are used to using small quantities. Indoor Ambience- The seating arrangements are good with proper fans over each table. A good quality banana leaf is used as plates. Washrooms- The bathrooms are clean but the toilet is Indian not European. Parking- [P] Additionally there is a good space for parking. The parking is not closed, so to get some shade, you have to park under a tree. Outdoor Ambience- There is a swing set right outside. 2 single swings and one family swing. There's also a train building outside, not sure what it is. Staff- Very pleasant and friendly staff. Serving with a smile and asking for feedback at the checkout. Pricing- The overall pricing of the food is a bit above average. However, if you consider the ambience and the facilities, it is quite understandable. Hence, we would highly recommend this place for families To the Owner and the maintenance team, good job! Keep up the good work!

One of the best hotel in this area, good parking space available here and rest room facility all so available here, veg and non veg food available here like chicken biriani, mutton biryani, crab , fish and so and so extra will available here, ice cream also available, lime juice and soda allso available here totally different.........

If you are taking a bus en route munnar, you can have good toilet facilities and refresh yourselves with good breakfast. The toy train will be an added fun for toddlers to spend their time... Overall, a good stopover...

Best masala dosa I ever had from Tamilnad . The food are just awesome. But wait, I had worst experience with them. They charging one price from native peoples and another price from tourists. As I know about this restaurant for last 2 year's, whenever I passes Udamelpetta, I had food from here. But in my last visit (on April, my 4th time in this restaurant) as regularly I ordered masala dosa and a tea and they charged Rs90 (70 for dosa and 20 for tea), this price was ok for this delicious food, but on my last 3 times they charged me 60 (50 for dosa and 10 for tea). I said I am one of your regular customer, why you are overcharged, and they told me this was the normal rate they charging for past 2 years. Eventhough I have clear knowledge about their pricing I didn't go for a any argument. At that moment I realised that, for past 3 visit I comes along with my Tamil friend, and he pays the bill, and this was the first time I'm visiting here alone. So, this might be a kind of exploitation from other state visitor's.
