Worth the price. I had a last min check in (ie evening) but everything went fine. Got a good deal and check in was smooth. They have party like small shop at the reception where you can buy some some snacks and drinks. Might find a Little difficulty in finding the hotel as it's situated on the first floor and little inside. From front it's a convention Center. Rooms were clean and they had all the toiletries. Had a bit delay in room service but negligible. STRICTLY THEY DO NOT ALLOW ANY GUESTS INSIDE. Even it's for 5 min.

Nice subtle modern ambience. Rooms are quite affordable if you're looking for pocket friendly stays . Less than 2 min walk from jhilmil metro station.

Nice hotel with nice location.. Cooperative staff... Also near to metro station at walking distance to jhilmil metro station. Hotel is neat and clean.. breakfast is also very good. Very polite staff and 24x7 available for your service. Nice hotel in the location and easy to reach.

No service...no air pass..no windows..nothing to dry the clothes. Tap water is very bad. Can't brush using it..tea maker was not working.Errogant receptionist.

This hotel has ended its contract with OYO, Its not listed on OYO anymore. All those websites adding 'CAPTIAL O 13419' is baseless now. Just wonderful, would recommend it to book from original website. Keep it away from OYO linkage.

Very bad hotel service, rooms and overall experience was worst. I booked the hotel from oyo. Then I was denied check-in at the reception even though I paid the money in advance. The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. After having chat with the hotel's GM, they gave me the room. The rooms had cracks in the walls, the sofa was dusty, the room lock was not working. Every time I have to unlock my room, I had to ask reception to open it. About the room service, I asked for water bottle at room, they didn't send any water bottle even after requesting it 3-4 times. It was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel. It doesn't deserve to be called as hotel due to it's staff and rooms. P.s - Added the photos of the room.

We booked a room in this hotel on my business trip through Oyo rooms. 1. Google location map in incorrect. 2. Hotel staff can't take extra steps to help you find hotel if you are new to this place. 3. Difficult to find hotel at night as Name board is not visible and no directions to help. 4. Hotel staff do not directly deal with Oyo rooms. They ask us to call them and settle discount amount. They will not let you check in till this is resolved. Waste of time.. 5. Food to be ordered by 10pm and serve only Vegetarian. 6. They forgot to put salt in Jeera Rice that I ordered. I asked room service to bring salt, they never turned up that night. 7. TV, AC, and bed are fine. 8. Maintenance needs lot of improvement, floor was not clean. Some liquid was spelled over and dried. Coffee kettle is not washed and no water bottles. 9. No toilet papers, shower nob is broken, bucket and mug not washed since ages as layer of dirt sitting in. 10. Two starts for AC, TV and Bed.. 11. They invested a lot, but not maintaining it up to the mark. Definitely not worth spending so much when you don't get good service.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed.. it's basically a banquet hall with rooms for families who came for function.. i had so much trouble staying there.. too much noise and chaos. And the staff was very uncooperative.. staff told me that wedding guest families will be there and they will create noise what to do.. then why are u taking booking and money from non wedding people. Such a low grade service.. and the rooms are very dirty.. stinky.. bathroom was smelling like gutter.. i was not able to stand in bathroom for even one minute. I had two nights booking but i left it after spending one night as it was unbearable for me there.. i shifted to other hotel wasting my money for second day. Cheap hotel, cheap staff and cheap location. Charging 2500 per night for such low grade hotel is too much.. it should be given zero stars.. and the staff should be fired as they are useless especially front desk. Spoiled my whole trip. What a waste
