Over priced for the facilities provided, dirty rooms and found cigarette sticks from the bedrooms... water is salty and bathroom also not well maintained..
Does not even deserve 0star Not maintained at all, stained walls, curtains, dirty chairs, washroom. Room boy always on phone with his girlfriend, phatetic place
We stayed there for 1 night- the experience was horrible 1. No AC is working in the rooms 2. No water Geyser is working- Duly informed the front office but no response at all 3. No cleanliness, completely dirty rooms 4. Salty water- taste is horrible 5. Food with No quality and over priced. 6. Highly Over priced compared with the facilities they provide. 7. Unable to sleep the entire night due to some ongoing parties at nearby floors. No body from the staff cares to reduce the volume of the sound system. It is our own real experience we had experienced in our last visit at Mysore. Initially we planned to stay there for 2 more days but due to the condition of the resorts and the horrible experiences we cut short our trip. Not recommended at all to any....
Not a resort it's an apartment or motel. Below restaurant was not working so getting packed food from outside. Only good to night stay. Rooms were clean but some smell. Surrounding area was good. Peaceful for walk. If just want to stay night and having your own transport it's okay. Oct 2022
Hotel was okay, below average. Basically unused apartments converted. only plus is its between lot of trees and greenery. Badly maintained especially bathrooms are worse ... lot of marks and not even soap holders. we went with small kids and was a bad experience. might be good for bachelors . bad maintenance, bad bathrooms, lack of a fridge or kitchen , full of mosquitoes, not a great place with kids
Room is good. If you are on the way and you look for an overnight stay in mysore, then can opt for this. Even though the name says resort, but not to expect too much from this. The purpose is only for boarding a night stay with surrounding of teak plantations, without any amusement. You can enjoy morning wake up call from peacocks habitat of the place. They should increase the parking space looking at number of rooms. Also lot of the area is not available as most of the items are either broken or unused. It was really bad to see they did not have breakfast and coffee option in the morning.

Pricing is great. Location is ok, far from city. Air conditioning not at all good. First got a room with air conditioner not working bit fan was working. They shifted room that had an AC not at all cooling and fan not working. Water in the bathroom tastes very bad and too hard. Rooms are just ok. A dust bin in the room would be good. Not advised for family as they are open for night parties with liquor.
