Had a very bad experience. For services I will give zero rating. No Cleaniness in rooms. Washroom was very dirty. There were no electricity when we reached at 2:00 pm. By 7 pm in the evening they have started the generators. Ruined our whole day. No water supply for our cook. Only 2 snookers sticks were there and those was broken. TT net was also torn. You can not play, they fooled us. Wanted to give zero rating but google did not provide it. Waste of Money. Not Reccomended to anyone

Not fit for families. Caretakers just sit there and watch you rather than serving. Place is absolute shambles with non functional and dirty wash rooms and beds.

Been here for Office offsite party and weather was really good that day. Our package included breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, unlimited drinks, pool party, rain dance, DJ floor, few activities like sliding from the rope, billiards, table tennis, foosball, cricket etc and an optional night stay with morning breakfast if someone passes out from drinking or simply want to stay overnight. This looks like a private property which has been utilised for commercial purposes as Farmhouse. It's not so huge like it looks in the photos. It's a bit off road and away from the city so public transport is not available and getting cabs are also time taking. However if you have your own arrangements than no issues. Plenty of parking [P] available. There are electricity issues time to time. There is no restriction for loud music and drinking here. Mosquitoes are the problem in the season. Rooms were okayish just to sleep and spend the night typical dorm style and extra mattress are available if there are more people than the rooms can accommodate. Food was really good. We had buffet for ourselves typical north style. (Salad,rice,dal,veg and nonveg sabzi and dessert) Staff was courteous. Worth a visit for team outings or celebrations.

Perfect place to hang out. The area here is full of greenery. I came here as my company organised here Annual General Meetup and not even a single time i felt bored here. They provide you with games like billiards, table tennis, fuse ball, football etc. The food here was top notch and the staff behaviour was also very polite. The area is located away from the hustle bustle of city so you may found trouble in booking uber ride other than this everything was perfect.

The property is really pretty but the management is just horrible and its poorly maintained. They made sure to make us feel as unwelcome as possible. They were rude and refused to provide basic facilities like extra bedsheets. There were no latches on bathroom doors, non functional fridge and they kept switching off the ACs while we were sitting inside the house. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice place but pathetic service. ACs are of vintage era that switch ON but makes staying inside the rooms difficult. Taps and showers in bathrooms don't work. Bathrooms don't even have latches. Cleanliness and hygiene is another issue. Lots of ants and cockroaches everywhere. When we asked for extra sheets at night, the caretaker refused that we only give blankets, even in temperatures above 40 degC. There's a deep freezer but the caretaker kept switching it OFF. When we asked for ice, he told us he'll get it from somewhere but finally got it from another freezer and charged us a bomb for it. The aim of coming to this place was to have a relaxing time but it turned out to be a nightmare. Overall a disappointing experience. Would not recommend. Look for a place that is better maintained.
