Green Leaf Hospital - Hospital in Surat - Surat, India

Dont even they deserve single star. I had Vast experience in this hospital they charge you more n more :-for example they will say 30000 rps in Beginning and then after the Procedure they will give you bill of 1,35,000. So Rubbish...even they dnt kn the knowledge of medicines Doctors are nice but the staff and the hospital is to expensive. Bus sab ek dusre pe dalte ha, yaha jao vaha jao, some of the staff is also so Aggressive. So I ll not recommend this hospital

The hospital is well organised. The doctors and staff are very friendly and caring. I was under the care of Dr IC Mundhra, with staff Khatija sister, Hanisha sister, Dr Apexa. The management services are really responsive to problems ( Anita Agrawal). I would recommend it.

Very unhygienic beds. Overcharged because it was an emergency. I would never go there again. It was very unclean. Do not go.

Please make chair comfortable and soft so that we can relax because doctor always came late almost 1 hour very time. I also put paper in suggestions box but no action was taken. Other things are ok ..

"Hospital is the most profitable business". Rename the hospital as Green leaf enterprises. If you have extra money to just burn it out I'll suggest this place. The management says an X amount in the beginning and charges 15X the amount at the end.

I went green leaf for my ear treatment... My treatment was done by Dr. Deepali Solanki (worst doctor I have ever experience).. She is very very very very rude and don't have any manners... Based on my experience I wanted to give negative rating as there is no such option so I m giving 1 star rating...

Before calling Dipali Solanki a Doctor, someone must teach her manners, how to talk to a patient . Already a patient is in pain, and the way she behaves to a patient , the pain increases. Green Leaf Hospital is such a reputed hospital, and such a ridiculous Doctors is very disheartening. Hospital must immediately take a strict action against her behaviour. Or remove her from the hospital. She deserves a small clinic very people of roadside beggars come for treatment.

Worst HR department with no systematic rules. Everytime HR interfere in your work and break your mindset . Secondly, Everytime HR named Anita agrawal change the rules whenever you entered in her cabin for something Worst HR department ever. even HR doesn't know what is employee's work. Employee's get minimum salary with burden of work (12000/- salary for 10 hours without break and informed that if you want break ;2000/- will be deducted from your salary).No value for employees.
