Rooms - its good whatever we got and enough hot water only in the morning. No complement breakfast etc. Service is below average because they don't what is hotel business and how to treat the customers etc., so I am not expecting anything like that the place like in Valparai.
Restaurant and Bar Oh my God its horrible service as I said above they will have to learn and get to know how to service in restaurant and Bar.
The guy served in the Bar said you guys are visiting in Valparai once in a year but local people are visiting everyday so they are our primary customer and we dont care you guys and its was rude and shocking experience since I have travelled many places in India and Abroad. so dont expect any respect or hospitality from this Hotel and restaurant while you are going.I know we dont any other option like this place to identify one night stay.
We didnt stay here, but had breakfast twice in this restaurant.
1) The food provided is of good taste and cost is affordable.
2) However the service needs to be improved - the restaurant is seriously understaffed, they take lot of time to deliver , will have to call them multiple times to order foods, or to get any dishes.
Requesting the restaurant to sort these issues.
The worst experience in this hotel restaurant. My husband went with two kids and ordered chilli chicken. They served semi cooked meet with gravy. The restaurant manager was rude and handling without respect in this complaint.
I went there for lunch. Ambience was good. There chicken biryani was good. Don't forget to taste their beef roast along with Malabar parotta and also the beef biryani.
Very Good Well Furnished Rooms. Perfect place to stay in Valparai hill station. Price is comparatively normal because it's a 3 star hotel . Located in Main place of Valparai near bus stand. Restaurant located in the hotel provides very very affordable food. Dosa is only 25 rs. Chicken briyani, Ghee rice, Meals, Chicken Boneless everything is rs 100 only. Food Quality is also very good. Very satisfied
I had take the room at 9 pm I got it for 2000 i and 3 other friends stayed in 1 room they provide additional bed. The problem was that there was no drinking water only mineral water when I asked and there was no complimentary things like soap etc
We took deluxe room which is the costliest room available, but it was just waste of money, no kettle, no tea bags, no complementary breakfast, need to ask for wifi password, need to ask for water bottles.
I didn't not stay in this hotel however the locals referred this place. TBH their food is amazing. People are polite and helpful.

A great place for those who love a weekend break close to nature. Staying is a bit expensive. Great service and surrounding. You can see lion tailed macaque, sambar deers and gaurs for sure. Great place for birding too.
