The rooms are pretty nice and well maintained. The host is very welcoming and the services are good. You get a very delicious homely food upon request and the rates are reasonable. Some of the rooms have a view to the tea plantation in the backyard of the building which is so soothing. It's one of the best places to stay if you are on your get away mode to Valparai.

Pro The room is not bad. Maintenance is overall good. Tv is there The water heater is there. Cons There is no service available No drinking water inside the room They switch on the water heater in the morning 1 hr Old people find it difficult to step down the rooms Most of the rooms either up or down Steps also not recommended for seniour citizens

Worst service , dirty maintenance,heater issue , old model bathroom , nothing is perfect.. especially that owner is money minded ..getting full amount while booking but if we informed any issue he won't care...no proper response...i request everyone not to choose this stay

Comfortable stay, food was good and service was good. Rooms were clean. Overall a good home stay.

This is home stay if you are around 8 to 9 people you can stay here. very budget friendly. There is no car parking but you can park cars in near to the compound you can get hot water only in morning

Don't go here at all! There is a weird old man who will peek into your windows. Apparently, he works there. This old man duty is to check how their guests are sleeping in theory in the beds. My experience: I was up by 6am and went for a ride around Valparai, and I came back at 9am and thought I would take nap before the check-out. Just when I and my friend settled down to take a nap, this weird old guy comes to our windows and wakes us up with his already weird voice. He doesn't knock the door at all, he'll first creep into all the windows, find you by looking into all the windows and then wake you up! It seems like the staff doesn't appreciate the guests, they feel like they are doing you a favor. I paid RS.1300 for 2 for a night, even though I checked in at 8pm, they never consider my request for an extended check-out (we had informed them during the check-in). This place is not worth anything more than Rs.800 for 2pax. We paid Rs.1300. Overall the weird old man demands tips, Yes! He demands! For Tips! It is best if you avoid this place and get a better place with a bargain. Bad experience overall!

It was our first time there rooms are superb n all rooms are well maintained other than restrooms behind the stay u have a superb view of tea plantation n u will love the place n stay there a long time..u can spen in terrace n the balcony wid ur frds n families seeing the view .. affordable rooms n u have around restuarants there so u don't hav problem to find restaurants but u don't have parking facilities there only u can leave 4 bikes n 2 cars in it ..gud stay
