Me and my wife recently visited green day spa J P Nagar for a couple massage and although my wife's massage was ok but I had a horrible time. The person had long nails which left several scratches on my body. Also no knowledge of pressure point was there. All I had was a good rub all over my body with oil. The masseuse kept on giggling the whole time giving me the feeling of being in a shady place. So, visit at your own risk.
Great Spa with good ambiance, best therapist's and a lovely and welcoming manager. I have never been disappointed in green day spa , and yes I love their specialty which is hamam therapy. Have been to this spa a lot of times and finally decided to drop my feedback here if you are looking for relaxation pamper yourself here.
Very professional staff and hygiene place. I took Deep tissue massage with Hamam bath it was amazing fully relaxed worth visiting the spa and recommending others to take service. Therapist was really good and sweet, magic in her hands and gives proper pressure so feel relaxed.. Thank you Green day Spa looking forward to visit once again.
Awesome massage, therapists are professional. Ganesh keeps the room hygienic and clean and Kiran is a very polite and nice manager.

Best spa and their staffs are sooo friendly but don't take advantage guys. I had two massage Swedish massage &ayurvedic oil massage . Ambient is so neet and refreshing.. thank you green day spa

I have contacted them for my father who had Total Knee Replacement for both the legs and Dr Suresh is very friendly and took proper care helped with excercise for my father. Now he is able to walk with out any support on his own just with in a month
