This is a super-speciality hospital, which was once a leading luxurious one in Indore. It is well-equipped hospital, with facilities for all types of surgeries. Super-specialities available are Urosurgery(kidney, prostate etc.), Cardiac surgery n cardiac cath labs (heart problems), Neurosurgeries, Plastic surgeries, Pediatric surgeries and Oncosurgeries (Cancer). Other branches are also available, including ophthalmology(eye), ENT, Obs. Gynaec etc. The establishment is huge, with 2 wings, one dedicated to OPD (by the name GK Clinic) and the other, the proper hospital. There is a two-level parking below the GK Clinic building (UG-1 for cars & UG-2 for bikes). The parking is convuniently connected with main hospital building via an underground passage. Recently, they hv added a separate open parking lot. The staff is very courteous and ready to help. The Casuality is open 24x7 with trained doctor n staff to provide emergency services. Operation theatres are very well-equipped with latest equipments n monitors. They have a Recovery ward connected to OT Complex, for observing recently operated patients, which is unique to this facility. The wards are comfortable. Recently due to financial issues, their services have gone down a notch. There is a shortage of staff due to downsizing. The doctors planning to operate here should speak with the management, regarding payment issues, due to fund shortage n many doctors waiting for their payments to be released since a long time.

My paternal grandfather was admitted in the hospital on 21/03/2021 for COVID -19 And other medical problem. The staff and and hospital management not letting any of us to see our patient. We were connected with mobile which we sent with heavy request and on the daily conversation he told us that no one is taking care of him, not changing the dipers. After 4 days someone from the staff had stole his phone and we got to know after a week that his phone was not with him on 5/05/2021 we got a call that our patient is very serious and by the time we have reached the hospital he was no more. We have lot our beloved family member bcz of the misbehaviour of the hospital I request everyone do not go to this hospital if you love your family member. Stay away from such fraud and we have been given the bill of 7 lacs Rs. Please do not go to this hospital

In my point of view, the facilities and treatment provided by this hospital is Fantabulous. It was August 22nd 2020, when my mom was admitted here as she was suffering from COVID-19, she was having 85% of lung infection...the way she was treated was like she was a part of their family... If you are thinking or searching for this hospital, i would strongly recommend you to go here... Its such a good experience with all of them..

Worst Hospital and staff I've ever come across. Lost my father because of their carelessness. He told us before he went on ventilator that the doctors and staff will kill him. They were very rude with my mother when she was going through so much. Duty doctor of ICU use to sleep at night and only the junior staff/sisters manage the patient with their limited knowledge. If emergency occurs then they wake up the duty doctor who takes his own sweet time. My fathers last wish was to file complain against them. Request to others please don't go to this hospital ever if you love your family member and don't want to loose them. They charge you bomb and is incapable of saving anyone's life. My father went walking on his own feet to the ICU and in couple of days their treatment went wrong. Without informing us they put him on ventilator. Strict action should be taken against this hospital (Puneet Goyal and the duty doctor). Worst staff and use patient as ATM.

The worst hospital I have ever come across in my life . Very poor treatment and the staff is highly uneducated where in they don't know their job and even the doctors are very unprofessional . Pathetic medical services where the staff and every one just want Money . I have never seen so greedy and commercialized medical service . Worst experience of my life . They don't treat their patient well , even for normal fever they would recommend you to get hospitalized . Dr.Seema Gupta the worst doctor of this hospital . I doubt if she genuinely studied her medical course or not . She just know how to talk and not to treat . For every medical condition this hospital would suggest you the extreme treatment . Even the emergency ward is pathetic , they don't allow the patient to sit and rest even for 10 minutes there and ask to get hospitalized. I request all who ever is reading this review , go to any hospital but not this worst of worst Hospital . If this would the last hospital left on Earth I would never go. This hospital doesn't even deserve even one rating.
