Great Trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels - Hotel in Yercaud - Salem, India

Undoubtedly one of the best resorts in Yercaud to unwind and relax. The prices might look high but when compared to their service, hospitality not to mention about their good food. While checking in and checking out, literally the entire team is present to receive and send you off. I loved their gesture to give water bottle while leaving. I would definitely visit this place again if I am visiting Yercaud in the future.

The place was good with a nice view and sky walk. Food spread was good. Service was very poor as nobody clears plates, breads ordered are not delivered, items especially desserts are not refilled. The manager was good and ensured that the breads finally got delivered. Even on Festival day they kept most desserts containing egg. Overall worth a try for the view .

The best thing about this resort is that you don't need to go out to enjoy Yercaud. We stayed at the resort for 2 days and went out only for lake boating. Every other fun activity was available within the resort. Decently clean rooms, spectacular views from huge private balcony, skywalk, engaging bonfires, fun for my year old, scrumptious breakfast spreads etc.. Thought the food was good, would have personally liked more variety on the menu.

Highly recommended for those seeking a stunning retreat with mesmerizing views and exceptional hospitality.

Nicely located on a hill with expansive overview of Salem town, the resort have breathtaking views. Clouds keep passing by as the valley rise nicely interlocks with air passage, more-so-ever in monsoon months. The staff is polite, excellent and care taking. They serve with smile and are quite proactive. Perhaps this is the best forte of the resort. Activities and facilities are quite a few. One could take some time to explore activities and large family group can immensely benefit. Food, perhaps the only area where some improvement can be made, both from variety and cost perspective. While the available food spread is adequate, it could be better with inclusion of some mix from other regions or continental geographies. Buffet prices are on higher side, especially for the spread and taste on offer. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will first look at GRT Trail if I plan to revisit Yercaud.

Such a wonderful experience. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Rooms are neT and clean. View is fantastic. Worth the money. Food is good.

Great property to have a relaxed holiday. One issue was the swimming pool - it's not heated, so expect very cold water in it. The food was good, but vegetarian spread was quite limited.
