I met 6 friends after almost a decade and had the best experience and made wonderful memories and looking forward to making many more. The Staff , the resort and Cafe managers were exceptional and very courteous. Only recommendation is please make lighting in the rooms more brighter.
Special mention for Sayid, the restaurant manager, who was extremely welcoming and helpful during our visit to the restaurant. He guided us about the amazing local dishes that we tried out and they truly turned out to be as amazing. Stay was very nice, the property is beautiful with magnificent views. Rooms are very nice too. Loved the flowers and flora in the area.
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Though it was a last minute confirmation, Manager Prabhu helped us and assisted us with a great service. We stayed in one of the Timber Lodge Valley with a gorgeous view. Breakfast spread was very well done. Manager Syed, was very welcoming and kind. Staff were very courteous and accommodating. The overall service is excellent and I appreciate the hospitality shown by each staff member.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has stunning views (definitely worth to go for sunrise). Walking / trekking was great. The chalet rooms are very spacious, the food delicious (western options available). The service at the restaurant could be quicker sometimes. The personal is very kind and helpful.

In conclusion, GRT Hotel is a fantastic choice for those seeking a blend of comfort, excellent service, and breathtaking views. We stayed at GRT for the second time and once again a great experience. The property is very nice and clean with big sized and well maintained rooms. The resort has a few daily complimentary activities planned. Food is great, the service by Mr. Syed in the restaurant is amazing. Thank you GRT team.

I found this hotel through MakeMyTrip. Entrance welcome us by calm and pleasure feel. Hotel rooms are well cleaned and 24 hours hot water provisions. Room boy are very quick and active person.
While we were on route to the property, we were disappointed on the fact that this place was 20km away from Kodaikanal Town. But when we reached there we realised we might not even go to Kodaikanal since the property in itself is very very beautiful.
