They are total irresponsible. We bought ac in February. But there was a technical problem in my ac now. We tried to contact them consecutive days, also visited their store. But they kept saying that they would send a technician to solve the problem. It's over a week now and they are unable to do so. Fraud customer service. Also, very bad behaviour. When you are going to visit them for buying something, they would be very sugarcoated towards you. But after buying when you need any service or any problems occur with your product, they would be very rude to you, specially a worker named Suman. He is a very rude person and behaves very badly with his clients.

Only AC, Refrigerator are some other heavy electronic accessories are available but according to my experience, not having much variety of stock . Any kind of wall fan or medium accessories not available. In Basirhat there are options where u get every kind of electronic and electric products with proper place value.

They are cheater , don't buy a single pin from the showroom . Salesman behaviour like "Gangster". I purchased an AC & found the product 90% broken when the product unpacked . Not any any support , still suffering .

All stuff is so irresponsible. The bad thing is they insult customers, and behaviour like stuffs are the owner. So disappointing with stuff behaviour.

Staff's behaviour is very nice.

Don't go there. The sales people there always try to fool you. They are selling old models of ac but still they have newer versions just for showcasing.
