And they have brands like LG, Samsung, Panasonic, Sony, Carrier, BlueStar, Haier, Whirlpool, Havells, IFB and so on. But the thing is if you get a defective product, it takes 4 to 5 months to get your money back or exchange the product.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. I purchased a washing machine, and it's been over 10 days, but they haven't sent a technician for installation as promised. Their lack of follow-through and customer service is highly unsatisfactory. I would caution others against dealing with this shop for any purchases.

In Arambagh, Hooghly, Great Eastern Trading is located next to a link road. There are many different types of electronic products here. It has two stories, with large appliances like a refrigerator and a television on the main floor and smaller ones like a mixer grinder and an induction oven on the first floor. Recently, I came here twice and also for the first time. In Arambagh, there aren't many stores that sell certain kinds of electronics. Great Eastern items are substantially more affordable and of high quality in the stores. Other than this, the salespeople exhibit really kind and helpful behaviour. The salesperson's product demonstrations are really beneficial. However, a few days after I bought my geyser, a colleague came to install it and expertly show me how to use it. Overall, because of the behaviour and lower pricing, I will surely visit there to buy my next product.
