You will get better equipments than other GYM's in Kasia for now but don't expect Professional Trainers and Body Transformation. No parmanent trainer available. If you are already a good athlete then prepare yourself for backbiting by owners and unprofessional trainers. You and your training will be taken cared if you have paid for Personal Training or if you are a Female. I have been part of this GYM since its opened and can give better review than cream pasting reviewers, Overall if you don't have any option then you are welcome.

No Professional Trainer available here. They don't have basic idea about diet and fitness. One can go to this gym only if he is already at moderate or Advanced level. Bad gym for Beginners

Unisex gym, well equipped, nice cafeteria, clean washrooms for both men and women. Trainers, dietitian and spotters are fully educated. Owners of the gym are really honest and responsible for their works

Best gym in kasia. Modern equipment, well trained trainer and hygienic ambience. I loose 10 kg in 6 months with. Little change in diet and moderate exercise. Baba bhai (owner) is so humble and polite. Thank you for your support.
