This is the best gym in the town. Especially the trainers. I personally want to thank Mr.Jayesh Pawar. He's my personal trainer in the gym. He has great knowledge & understanding about workout. He evaluates your body style & then works on it, to get you the ultimate training.
I have been accessing this gym from the last 2 years and the facilities are excellent. You can discuss with sales person for best deals and packages. Recommendations: go with personal trainer if you are beginner. Dietitian available
Working with this professional organisation since 2 years and it has great ambiance. All members are very friendly. Every trainer has best knowledge of training and Nutritionist are also helpful.
Had just called for a mn enquiry they absolutely didn't even take the effort to understand just kept insisting to visit the gym . Doesn't make sense and very unhelpful
So, the review is being revised after completion of 1 year of my membership. Some experience leave a bitter taste in your mouth due to lack of hospitality and professionalism. Right after sign-up got diagnosed with frozen shoulder, tantamount to limited movement of left hand. Informed the Gravity team and received response - they will look in it. Asked to send mail - no response. After repeated follow ups, they finally informed that the membership is over and they can only support for new membership. Altaf Manyar is a great sales guy with nagging follow-ups. Had he shown the same spirit in even 10% member relations, the experience could have been completely different. Heads-up : if you are only looking for general membership, don't even get there. Only Members having PT (sold aggressively by everyone) can get the hospitality and support.

It's a good gym but a bit congested. I do struggle to walk around freely. Most of the time, the equipments are occupied and need to wait for my turn to come. The equipments are in good condition. The trainers look professional. The changing room is bit small.
