I recently had the best experience with a customer service representative while trying to resolve an issue with my online purchase. The representative was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She was quick to diagnose my problem and was able to provide a solution to it right away. She was very patient and never rushed the conversation. She made sure I fully understood everything before ending the call. In addition, she went the extra mile by offering to check back in a few days to make sure that the issue had been taken care of. I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received and would definitely recommend this representative to others. 3

Nice experience with gravity club resort. Yesterday we visited Bandipur country club wild life resort through gravity club which was memorable trip. Location, hospitality, food was very good . Mr. Ranjan explained package very well. I have purchased 5 years membership package and waiting to utilise it fully . We hope to get same support in future also.

NEW Gravity Club Resort is a great holiday destination for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious escape. These people are frauds, cheating people for the sake of money! I lost money and respect in my relatives and friends just because of this idiots. I got a call from them few months ago and they offered us a free voucher which was a fake one. Later they didn't confirmed our booking and kept ignoring us. Where we so many people had planned a quality time together. But because of this people I lost my respect in my family and relatives. It's a open scam. Karma will comeback to them. They will never gonna stay peacefully.

Omg, what's happening in Bengaluru? So many people got cheated and are still cheating, and no action is taken by the government for this kind of business. We even one of you all. It's our business account, and we got their membership three months ago for our employees as an annual celebration. We paid such a huge amount to them, and we got only a cheap resort. When we inquired at the resort about them, those resorts didn't know these gravity people. These people are lying and scamming people. They have very rude behavior and ignorance towards customers. Our genuine request is to please everyone: don't get trapped by these kinds of companies and save your hard-earned money.
