A heavenly hub for foodies.various popular eating destination like domino's, cheese & chips, paratha house(my personal favorite) and many more... A must visit place.

It's huge building but compare to that less numbers of shops are available.Some food shopes are good but costly have more , and some worth the money like chees and chips. Music academy is also present in this building. Zumba Classes as well as dance classes are also there. One spa is also located in building. Elevator is not working. Light are off some time, so you need to use your mobile battery. -\(deg_o)/- .

This complex is very near to Dharamsinh Desai University. There is a Mahi canal near it. This complex having many type of shops like hair salon, pizza shops, cafes,restaurants,gym, cosmetic shops,havmor ice cream store etc. You can enjoy food of your choice here.

No management and no parking. floor, ceiling, wall everything is stinky. Owner just built it, sold shops nd don't care to manage. Store/ franchise owners do what they think is right. Would've rated 0. Yet you can find most of the entertainment options here.
