Gravitaas Greens - Resort hotel in Dholka - Ahmadabad, India

It is a beautiful property with great rooms and to top it all a great staff followed with excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the garden and pool and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. Pool was very clean. A good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Night view of this resort was mesmerizing. The staff was very courteous and ensured that our stay was a memorable one , they fulfilled the demands of our little one. Had a very relaxed stay. Excellent hospitality. We look forward to coming back

Not a good place at all. Per couple taking 5000 but as per they charge service and facility is not good at all. Indoor activities are not well maintain. No outdoor activities except swimming pool. Rooms and washrooms are not cleaned. Water leakage and water problem in washrooms. In rooms multiple lizard are their. Food is average. Never go to this place better to invest your money in better place. Not even providing a bisleri watter bottle. Giving a plastic water bottle with a broken cap.

I am writing this review on the basis of the experience which I have faced at your property as you have charged us Rs.5000 for 2 person and in which we have received very low quality service facing many issues. They were lots of problem faced by us. There was no proper water facility. There was no hot water and basic bathroom unities where is missing as we have seen your reviews online, we are not satisfied and it doesn't match to your property. The food quality was also low except the rice and dal and in High tea you have provided something else instead of the list which you have sent to me in which it has included coffee, tea and Samosa and cookies and we receive something else. There was no proper cleaning in the room and we suggest you to provide at least a Wi-Fi cable set up to ensure the entertainment of the people in todays hospitality business. Every hotels and resorts have a Wi-Fi support where the guest can work or have some entertainment. I would like to suggest you that you should have a doorbell. So your staff doesn't need to knock The doors I am you should provide mineral water bottle instead of regular water bottle as you are charging it in your room expenses It was very poor experience from us as we are not sharing this on Google review instead of which we would request you to make sure that the next people were visiting you get best facilities and your property gets good reputation. According to us it was a very bad experience. We expected many more from you.don't waste your money here there are so many better place rathe than this

There are actually few pros and cons so, I'll keep it simple. Cons: - Not much people seem to visit this place so, their staff is not habitual for providing the excellent and quick service although they have good intentions - Room AC is not at all efficient. Keeping it on 18 for all 24 hours will still make you turn on the fan - Electric shot on the taps and lots of water leakage in bathroom - Indoor games are in poor condition - No outdoor activities except swimming pool Pros: - Beautiful and picturesque property with amazing and maintained pool - Quite affordable as compared to other resorts nearby Ahmedabad - Food is up to the mark I won't recommend anyone to go with family and kids as they sure will get bored in few hours but strongly recommended for married/unmarried couples for the privacy and some quality time away from the city life.

Superb well maintained Property. Staff behaviour & response is good. Manager Surjit Patel is of very cooperative & helpful nature. We have taken a full day picnic package, it was a great experience.

It's a SCAM! Do not trust any good ratings this property good. They all must be paid, or made by friends and family of the owner. We were a group of 9 people, and booked 3 rooms for two days. Issues we faced: - Bedsheets & blanket covers were stained, really bad. Had oil, blood and whatnot. Had to get them changed multiple times. - The room we got had only sliding glass door, and no lock. Anyone could barge in. - Even for the rooms that had locks, they refused to give keys. So we could not lock whenever we went out. - No soaps or toiletries. Had to wait for an hour in the morning to use the washroom, till they went to the market and got soap. Had to struggle for a soap. - Unclean floors. - Spider webs on room doors, lawn chairs, tables, etc. - Outdoor dining tables were nasty under the table cloth. - Mosquitoes everywhere - inside and outside. No arrangements made for that, except for a tiny All Out machine. - Room fans were full of dust. As soon as the fans were turned on, the dust was all over the room and people were coughing for half an hour. - Pool had dead insects all over it. - Geyser was not working. Had to get hot water buckets. - Flies was all over food. Catering was outdoors, with no fan and minimal covering. We could hardly eat after looking at how every single food item had flies on it. WORST THING: All of us got electric shocks from that tap water. There is some very serious earthing issues, staff knew about it and no one cared to inform us. Someone could have been seriously injured.

The resort is worth coming, the food is delicious, the night view is mesmerising, we felt close to nature due to the greenery around the resort.
