Grassfield Valley Resort - Villa in Badodiya, Kalyanpura - Jaipur, India

We came here for coffee and to see location. The location and maintenance is great. Staff is polite. The price is slightly expensive. Overall good secluded place for relaxing. Only 4 hours from Delhi.

The property is not completely ready, Moustache team just took over the property. Services are ok, limited menu options, under maintenance. The best part is their Gazebo setup which is totally a must have experience. Overall experience was great, but only because of the gazebo setup. Sharing few pictures here.

Beautiful view & Family-like staff! I think about this hotel often because the staff was so welcoming--plus the location is ideal. From the room, I had a beautiful view--including both the water . --ROOM: The room was very spacious. , it is very fitting for the Resort. It felt very much like . --STAFF: Wow, the manager and staff were so very welcoming. They always wanted to know how I was doing and offer any assistance. They were so nice, and I could tell they really wanted everyone to make the most of Florence and feel like they were "at home." It was lovely. --BREAKFAST: The breakfast was very large--you had many options including many pastries but also many gluten free options like yogurt. I absolutely loved the stewed plums! I had never had anything like those and had some each day. They also made guests a cappuccino with a smile on top. Overall, this was my favorite Resort --even if the furnishings aren't like the overall inviting and personal staff really made it a lovely stay. And the view!

Lovely view, lovely ambience, so much greenery wonderful food and great helpful staff. We were two 60+ aged couples, and enjoyed staying in this amazing resort. It is so relaxing, with lots of wooded canopied areas to sit down and enjoy the cool breeze and enjoy the sunset in the arravali hills. Rooms were spacious, what with private garden and bath pools. We had a amazing experience. We also met the bubbly and vivacious owner, Deepak Aggarwal who is trying his best to further make this resort become an example and we wish him the best to achieve his dreams.

FAKE!!!!! -Fake pictures is posted on all the booking platforms.The set of pictures which is posted is just for publicity (mentioned by their manager staff ) -Careless staffs. -Don't visit this place as the 2 km of the road to the resort is full of stones ,your car will stuck . -Rooms were worst .None of the room was clean till 4pm and the staff said that they will clean if you are willing to stay . -Even pool was not clean ,showers are not working and specially don't book that place if you are looking for bathtub pictures.

Rating- 2/10 So I decided to visit this property as it was my wedding anniversary, here I'm posting my honest review. Let's start with positive side. Positives - Location of the property is so beautiful, surrounded with mountains and approach was also fine too. - dinner was fine too as we haven't ordered much. - staff was courteous too as they provide us charger for all night, appreciate that. Negatives - property is not maintained at all, furniture is in bad state, AC or TV remotes were not working, shower diverter was broken, no pressure in pipes etc. - they don't provide wi-fi as they said they've mentioned it online which I couldn't find. Very limited cell phone network is there. - breakfast was bad, I only seek good breakfast in any property as that's my fav meal, they just served us papaya, poha and aloo paratha, I asked them for omelettes which they clearly denied. I mean who doesn't serve omelette in breakfast? Even when they're not pure vegetarian restaurant. That was very disappointing. - They deposited 500 cash for the room card key , I swear this was my first time experience, I took care of that more than my wife lol - now come to the crazy part that what type of fraud they do to people, they said they do charge 18% GST on food even on mineral water bottles, as far as I know there's 5% gst on food and mineral water bottle is already tax paid. I asked them to provide GST bill on my firm's name. He said there's some issue on system and he'll share on whatsapp. I paid and left. I first got an invoice for both my room and food mentioning "foodbill " with "zero" gst and 120 rs cess, I'll share it in the pictures. I asked them to provide me saperate food bill mentioning items, which they first said to provide by evening and then denied saying their restaurant POS isn't working. This isn't just about money, this is about fraud they're doing to the people. Lately they provide me same invoice, just put the cess amount in CGST and SGST 9% each. For your information gst on room terrif is 12% at their property. Thank you!

Hi Moustache group, This is to inform you that for today 10/02/2023 i have booked your property for one of my Cx named kashish arora and sukanya arora along with there daughter who is 3 years old. After entering the property guests really had a bad experience as if they were aware that guests are coming and the same was conveyed to them 1 hour back, still swimming pool was totally not working, outside the pool multiple people are roaming around due to which there is no privacy at all. secondly staff is not behaving good with guests, i myself is a blogger and have explored multiple outskirts property but this is a kind of situation which we were never came into. Thirdly in a resort and chain of moustache we are getting lunch which is dal, aloo gobhi and roti ? Is this what for which the guests have paid 15/16k bucks . fourthly Basic amenities like tv is not working . Hence after this bad experience, i request you to refund my whole some amount right away as already you have spoiled a complete day of guest who were there to enjoy. amount paid : 16281 guests are waiting to get put of your pro[erty, get this amount refunded asap.
