We had an awesome stay in Vietnam for 6N/7D. We had been to Hanoi, Sapa, Ning Binh & Halong Bay. In all the places our stay had been arranged perfectly. We did not have any issues in that. Rajkumar was flexible to accommodate all our requests in the hotel bookings and stay. He also suggested places and stays according to our taste and preference where he had done justice to his choice. We enjoyed the stay thoroughly in some places which he had suggested. When there were small issues like payment receipts, driver waiting in one place and we at other place due to language barrier, he sorted out it immediately through instant follow ups inspite of time difference in Vietnam and India. Because of COVID lot of additional arrangements to be taken care during travel that we not aware of but you coordinated really well to complete those stuffs. Your travel package is very customised to fullfil the customer needs and you doesn't disappointed us in terms of arrangements like Accommodation, places, etc. Since it's a first time for us to Thailand, we got lot of information from you about the Restrictions of COVID-19 at bangkok,visiting places opened or not, prices of entry tickets, currency exchanges, etc. Arrangements of guide at destination is superb. We planned for a 3days/2night trip to Munnar & Kandhaloor. Contacted Grass Hills holidays through Instagram. Initially was hesitant but Mr.Rajkumar was very polite in addressing all our requirements and he meticulously planned our itinerary. He made a correct follow up throughout our trip and made sure we are safe and happy. Also he customized the plan as per our wish.
