Grappa is a great whiskey joint with excellent ambiance and friendly staff. Good vibes after 6pm, can return to drink.
Nice bar located in the Shangri-La Hotel in Delhi. Decent spot but like everything at this hotel it is very very expensive compared to similar places in New Delhi. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Cricket matches playing on the televisions both inside and outside. Complimentary peanuts and chips served with the cocktails.
Definitely the worst service, the food was okay ! Alcohol was best, the restaurant was reserved for a private party which was not even happening. Not a very fine first experience that would make me go back. The staff was absolutely lost, it took us calling 4 people to just get a take away box and 20 minutes. Thank you
Went for lunch on Saturday, good food and service. Aloo goat was spicy & tender, fish dishes were good, prawn Tom Yum noodle soup was a little overcooked & not spicy enuf, Asian beef was tasty & tender, grilled prawns were bland, grilled tenderloin was tender, Asian tofu was decent, good desert selection and tasty and place was not crowded. There's Internet but make sure you have an ID to show and you need to ask for the login credentials unless you're a guest in Shangri-La hotel. Not all the food was out for lunch time when I started at 12.30pm. Masala chai tea was on the weak side.
We were recently travelling across northern parts of India along with my guests, Hectic business, serious deadlines and just one day to please ourselves in foggy Delhi Winters made us choose this bar. Visited Grappa today. 1st July. Nice atmosphere and vibe. Good choice of alcohol. The server Ms Liza was most pleasent and efficient. She had good knowledge about the cocktails and other drinks. Keep it up
Pretty outdoor place for those pleasant evenings . Service was slow , requests were missed and delayed ,inspite of an enthusiastic response. Mosquitoes were bothering . The hot dish with chillies was " too hot"! Inspite of separating the populated red chillies the dish was difficult to eat( mind u we are chillie eaters)
