Good quality of food and arrangements, but service is now becoming ordinary

The interior of hotel was simple nice with dim lights . The customer service was very good they look after you very well .Food was good but presentation was just ok . They need to place plastic sheets above the tables as the cloth was very slippery need to have good music Washroom was not clean .

We came from uk and my kids love their food and quality.. Customer service is excellent.. Love it!

Hotel is nice, . Hotel interior decoration is quite good. Hotel staff is polite and very coperative. Negotiation can be done for bit bigger gathering. Hotel food/ catering is also very tasty. One can celebrate their functions. Gathering could be 60-80 pax in the basement but not sure about the rest of the halls....
