Great location but surrondings are conjusted. In room, lot of mosquitos, spiders, cockroaches roaming. Bathroom fittings need major repair. We got a room replacement as showers were not working but in another room also washbasin tap, hand shower had issues but somehow functional. It is a big property and eye catchy but mosquitos, spiders and ac flips not working are these are real issues which noone would like to chase when you as a tourist choose a so called 4star hotel
This hotel has been the biggest disappointment. So much that we were meant to stay for 6 nights and we only stayed 1 night and moved to another hotel. This hotel is 2.5 stars, not 4 as they advertise. Pool green and dirty, leaking pipes in the bedroom, slow drains in the shower, not warm water in the shower, room dark and small, no safe or iron or hairdryer. The only blessing of this hotel is the staff, they couldn't be friendlier. The hotel itself has let the staff down.
